The Q100 Roll Formed Roller Shutter is made with 100mm galvanised steel and be can be hand operated or electric operated.. The heavy duty steel is designed to withstand the wear and tear of industrial and commercial applications with minimal maintenance. Each slat is fitted with nylon end clips to reduce the lateral movements and ensure smooth operation for the life of the door.
High strength wind locks and guides are designed to prevent the curtain from blowing out of the guide rail in high winds and throughout cyclones. depending on the location and the function, wind locks can be set at every 2nd or every 4th slat.

Standard finish is galvanized curtain and guides, and prime painted for all other exposed parts. Optional podercoating finishes to slats only.
